5. Payment and Fees

• Fees: Fees for services are outlined in your service agreement or displayed during the booking process.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as announced on our platform.
• Billing: Payments are processed immediately for parking bookings. For subscription services, billing occurs on a recurring basis.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any sales, use, or similar taxes associated with your use of the service.

• Reply STOP to opt out; Reply HELP for help; Message frequency varies;

Your mobile number will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties for marketing purposes. All SMS communications are handled securely through our verified messaging provider.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Once you opt out, you may still receive important transactional or legal notifications when required by law or to maintain your account security.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

ParkingPorter Park-N-Pay is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
